Return window
You have 30 days from your order date to request a return or refund. To start a return, please visit our returns and exchanges portal and enter your order details, then follow the prompts to complete your returns/exchange.
Refunds

When you return an eligible item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Order‑processing fee: A $7 processing fee is deducted from each refund unless you purchased Checkout+ (see below).

Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Once we receive and process your return, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We do not accept returns on made‑to‑order apparel (sweatshirts and caps).
Checkout+ (Free Returns + Package Protection)

Checkout+ is an optional add‑on that provides a prepaid return shipping label and protection against loss, theft or damage in transit.

When you purchase Checkout+ at checkout:

Your return shipping label is free, and

The $7 order‑processing fee is waived.

Package protection is an insurance‑style fee; it takes effect once your order ships and is not refundable after shipment.
At this time, Checkout+ is only available within the U.S., which means free exchanges and refunds are unavailable for international orders. We appreciate your understanding.
If you do not purchase Checkout+

You may still return eligible items within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

The $7 order‑processing fee will also be deducted from your refund.
How to return an item

Go to our Returns & Exchanges portal.

Enter either your Email or Zip code, and order number or tracking number.

Select the items you wish to return and follow the instructions.

If you added Checkout+, a prepaid return label will be provided and the $7 fee will be waived. Otherwise, you will pay for the return label and the $7 processing fee.

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund (minus any applicable charges) within 5 business days.

Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
