Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days from your order date for your order to ship.

Use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to check the status of your order.

Pre-Orders: If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like the available items to ship sooner, please contact us to arrange a split shipment.

Because our sweatshirts and caps are made to order, shipping charges are separate for these items and not eligible for free shipping. 

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or related fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not within our control.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
